John DiFilippo 1969 Pontiac Firebird John drives a nice 1969 Pontiac Firebird 400. I feel this car is a welcome change from the many Camaros that are prowling the streets in the area. John tells us that the car's engine is the original 400 and is only "freshened up a bit". The trans is a 400 turbo w/ shift kit and stahl converter. His car was repainted the original antique gold metalic with a black vinyl top, while the interior was redone the original gold deluxe interior. Cool to see one of these. Usually these body styles are Camaros. John says he has a lot more to do to it. Looks sharp already. (Below: Some pics of the car as he was working on it.)
