Jim was one of our stellar members when it came to the racing scene. A little before my time, I had to rely on the stories of his accomplishments with this in the pro 5.0 class.

I heard about how he also a large event to the likes of the Hot Rod fastest Street Car Shootout or something like that. Got info on what the story was, please give us a shout.

I actually met him twice. First, I attended the rained out Track Rental at Beaver where he actually sold the car. Second, I again ran into him at my Dyno session at Jensen's Engine Tech. He through his Ford building experience into helping get my engine tuned.

I'll add the video to his page until I get a suitable video of him and one of his vehicles if he ever builds another one. Jim is in the brown shirt and bandana.

Sorry Guys, This WAS Jim's car. As of the spring of 1999, Jim sold his wild, wheelstanding, race winning Mustang to get himself on the Pro-Bass fishing tour. From the feedback I got, he actually did it. Well, we wish you luck. Hopefully, Jim will put something together again.
