Circuit Saturday 4-Speed Circuit!

.

Click map to see large version for printing.

Chris' idea for a monthly Saturday night, Circuit Saturday's 4-speed Circuit happens each second Saturday of the month. This route was designed by the Garrisons. Show up at any time or any place on the map and join in.

Watch for additional routes as they are added to the website. The plan for this idea is to be able to cruise somewhere on any given Saturday night. Come and join us!

Circuit Saturday's "4-speed" route returns strong after a month of "No shows":
Our fourth run of the new "Circuit Saturday" route, the 4-speed route, turned out to be a great evening to ride. After last month when we had no one show up to lead the route, this route started out loaded. I showed up at Kauffman's only to realize that I forgot my camera. I left Melissa to hitch with Jason Sweinhart while Doug led to the second stop and ran for my camera. While I was gone, a Mustang club showed up at Kauffman's just as Doug was ready to pull out. They stated they wanted to get a meal, and with Kauffman's Chicken, who could blame them. They assured us they would catch up.

With that, I met the group at our second stop and a camera in hand. We enjoyed some ice cream and drinks at Raub's while Dave relayed his truck buying experience earlier in the day. We were getting a bit behind on time, so off we went to the third stop. With the corn high and the usual Amish buggy passing us, the scenery was just perfect. After the allotted time to chat and regroup, off to Colebrook.
As we cruised through Mount Gretna, there was an art festival in progress. You should have heard the comments about the train of hot rods cruising through the small town. Upon arriving at the Colebrook Twin Kiss, we found the Mustang club had beaten us there. What a nice bunch of people and some sweet rides. We had a lot to talk about with our Mustang project and general club stuff, we just hung there till we were ready to ride. Mustangs in tow, we headed into Lebanon for our final stop of the evening at Sheetz. We knew already we couldn't get to Coleman's Park as it was dusk and it closed for the evening. We enjoyed our new freinds company a little longer before parting for home. It was a little late and with the Great Pottsville cruise the next day, we opted not to do a lap through lebanon. (Next time!) Anyway, we'll look forward to meeting up with these cool cruisers again sometime.
